You retain ownership of any content you create within the app, such as custom goals or notes. However, by using our service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process this content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
